Terms of Service

Last updated 15 October 2026

These terms cover Hivelane and the Hivelane trial, made by Aditya Arya (Yuvaan Labs), an individual developer based in India ("I", "me"). By installing Hivelane, starting a trial or buying a licence, you agree to them.

The licence

The trial

The trial is the full product for 7 days, one per email address, with no card. When it ends, Hivelane's own tools stop until you buy a licence. Your agent CLIs keep working as they did without Hivelane.

Payments

Orders are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes and invoices. Its buyer terms also apply to your purchase.

Refunds

See the Refund Policy.

How Hivelane works with your AI tools

Hivelane connects coding agents you already use, with your own accounts. It isn't made by or affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Cursor, xAI or any other provider. Usage numbers come from each provider and may be delayed or wrong. Providers can change their tools at any time, which may stop a feature from working until Hivelane is updated. You're responsible for following each provider's terms.

Your code and your agents

Hivelane runs on your computer and starts agents that can read and change files in your repositories. You decide which agents it may use and what they may do, and you're responsible for reviewing their changes before you rely on them. Keep backups and use version control.

No warranty

Hivelane is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. I work to keep it accurate and running, but I can't promise it will be error-free or always available.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using Hivelane, including lost work or data. My total liability is limited to the amount you paid for Hivelane in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending access

I may suspend a licence that's being shared, resold or used to abuse the service. If I ever stop selling Hivelane, licences already bought keep working.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
