Refund Policy
Last updated 15 October 2026
I want you to pay for Hivelane only if it's useful to you. That's why there's a full 7-day trial first.
14-day money-back
If Hivelane isn't right for you, email [email protected] within 14 days of your purchase and I'll refund it in full. No questions asked.
No subscription
Founders Edition is a one-time purchase, so there's nothing to cancel and you'll never be charged again.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, the merchant of record, back to your original payment method. It usually takes 5–10 business days to show up, depending on your bank. Your licence key stops working once the refund is issued.
The trial
The trial is free and needs no card, so there's nothing to refund there.
